How a house

Once at noon, once at midnight. Water pressure, lift, wifi, the street at eleven. Most houses we see, we turn down.
Hotel linen, blackout curtains, a kitchen that can cook a real dinner, a desk that can hold a real day. Then we shoot it ourselves and write the listing in plain words.
A host opens the door and stays reachable until you leave. Housekeeping between guests, an inspection before every arrival, one number for everything else.

نصور كل بيت مرتين — في النهار ومرة بعد الغروب — غرفة بغرفة. البيت الذي تدخله في الواحدة صباحاً هو نفسه الذي اخترته وقت الغداء.
تعرف على البيوتلا ننتظر أن تطلب. البيت مفحوص ومجهز ومزود بما يلزم قبل أن تدخل من الباب.
مش هتسجل دخولك لوحدك. حد هيكون في استقبالك، يفتح لك الباب ويأكد إنك مستقر.
رقم واحد. عايز عربية، مطعم، حاجة تتصلح أو حاجة نسيتها؟ اطلب.
سيب البيت علينا. هنتصرف في كل شيء بعد ما تمشي.
الضيافة شكل من أشكال الكرم. وفي العربية، نسميه: الجود.
هو أن تعطي أكثر بقليل. أن تجهز قبل أن يُطلب منك. أن تجعل شخصاً يشعر بالراحة من دون أن تستعرض ما فعلت. هكذا ندير بيوتنا الخمسين: نختارها بعناية، نجهزها كما ينبغي، ونستقبلك بأنفسنا.

كيف يلتحق بيت
بجود
مرة ظهراً، ومرة منتصف الليل. ضغط المياه، المصعد، الإنترنت، والشارع في الحادية عشرة مساءً. أغلب البيوت التي نزورها، نرفضها.
مفروشات فندقية، ستائر تعتيم، مطبخ يقدر يطبخ عشاء حقيقي. ثم نصوره بأنفسنا ونكتب الوصف بكلام واضح.
مضيف يفتح الباب ويظل متاحاً حتى تسافر. تنظيف بين الضيوف، فحص قبل كل وصول، ورقم واحد لأي شيء آخر.
«بدأنا بشقة واحدة في القاهرة الجديدة، وقاعدة لم نخالفها أبداً: لا نؤجر بيتاً لا نرضى أن ننام فيه بأنفسنا.»

إلغاء مجاني بالكامل حتى ٧ أيام قبل الوصول. داخل الأسبوع الأخير، ننقل تواريخك مرة واحدة خلال العام إذا كان البيت متاحاً.
السعر المعلن يشمل المرافق والإنترنت والاستقبال. يُضاف التنظيف مرة واحدة، ويُحتجز مبلغ تأمين مسترد عند الوصول.
تسجيل الدخول من الثالثة عصراً، ويستقبلك أحدنا شخصياً. أقل مدة إقامة ليلتان، وتختلف في بيوت الساحل خلال الموسم.

تُؤكَّد الإقامة عند تحصيل الدفع، ولا شيء غير ذلك يؤكّدها. تختار تواريخك هنا ثم تُكمل على صفحة مزوّد الدفع المأمّنة — بطاقة مصرية أو محفظة أو رقم فوري بالجنيه المصري، أو بطاقة دولية بالدولار الأمريكي. لا نرى بيانات بطاقتك ولا نحفظها. المبلغ كامل يستحق للتأكيد، ولا يوجد تقسيط. الأسعار لليلة الواحدة وللعدد المتفق عليه من الضيوف، والإجمالي الذي يظهر لك هو الإجمالي الذي يُحصَّل.
البيت لك في التواريخ المحجوزة وللضيوف المذكورين. نحتفظ بحق إنهاء إقامة تعرّض البيت أو الجيران أو فريقنا للخطر. القانون المصري هو الذي يحكم الحجز.
إن تغيّرت خططك
ريثما تكون على صفحة الدفع نحجز لك الليالي مدةً قصيرة — ثلاثون دقيقة افتراضياً. إن لم يكتمل الدفع خلالها تُفتح الليالي من جديد، دون أي خصم ودون التزام. وبعد سداد الإقامة: الإلغاء قبل أكثر من ٧ أيام من الوصول يُرد بالكامل، بلا أسئلة. وداخل الأيام السبعة تكون الإقامة غير قابلة للاسترداد، لكننا ننقل تواريخك مرة واحدة خلال العام إن كان البيت متاحاً.
وإن ألغينا نحن عليك يوماً — لعطل في البيت أو لأمر خارج عن إرادتنا — يُرد لك كل شيء، ونجد لك بيتاً آخر أولاً.
قواعد البيت
لا حفلات ولا مناسبات دون سؤالنا أولاً — هذه بيوت في شوارع حقيقية ولها جيران حقيقيون. التدخين في الخارج فقط. الحيوانات بالاتفاق. أي ضيف إضافي يُذكر اسمه قبل أن يبيت.
مواعيد الوصول والمغادرة مذكورة في صفحة كل بيت. حدث شيء مكسور أو ناقص؟ أخبرنا وأنت ما زلت هناك — هذا أسهل على الجميع من معرفته بعد أن تغادر.

كيف أحجز؟
افتح البيت الذي تريده، اختر تواريخك، واحجزها من هنا. التوفر مباشر، فتُحجَز لك الليالي لحظة انتقالك إلى الدفع. تدفع على صفحة المزوّد المأمّنة — بطاقة مصرية أو محفظة، أو بطاقة دولية، أو رقم فوري تسدّده نقداً — وتُؤكَّد الإقامة لحظة تحصيل الدفع. وإن كنت تفضّل الحديث مع شخص أولاً، راسلنا على واتساب.
هل البيت كله لي؟
نعم. كل ما نعرضه هو طابق كامل أو بيت كامل — لا غرفة مشتركة، ولا مجموعة أخرى في المبنى في تواريخك.
هل تقبلون الدفع بالجنيه المصري؟
الأسعار معلنة بالدولار الأمريكي. إن دفعت ببطاقة دولية فهذا ما يُحصَّل منك بالضبط. وإن دفعت ببطاقة مصرية أو محفظة أو عبر فوري، نحوّل إلى الجنيه بالسعر الذي نعمل به في ذلك اليوم — ويظهر لك المبلغ بالجنيه قبل الدفع، وهو السعر المثبَّت على فاتورتك.
من يستقبلني عند الباب؟
مضيف يعرف البيت. يفتحه لك، ويطوف بك فيه، ويسلّمك المفاتيح والأرقام، ويبقى متاحاً طوال إقامتك.
حدث خطأ خلال إقامتي. ثم ماذا؟
راسل مضيفك. معظم الأمور تُحل داخل الساعة؛ وأي شيء أكبر من ذلك، ننقلك إلى بيت آخر.

Privacy
We collect what a booking needs: your name, a way to reach you, your dates, your guest count, and anything you tell us about the stay. We use it to host you and to answer you.
We do not sell it, rent it, or hand it to advertisers. We never ask for card details on this site and never hold them — payment happens on our payment provider’s own page. Ask us to delete your details at any time and we will, once your stay is settled.
Terms
A stay is confirmed when payment clears, and by nothing else. You choose your dates here and then finish on your payment provider’s own secure page — an Egyptian card, wallet or Fawry reference in Egyptian pounds, or an international card in US dollars. We never see or hold your card details. The full amount is due to confirm; there is no instalment plan. Rates are per night for the guest count agreed, and the total shown to you is the total charged.
The house is yours for the dates booked, for the guests named. We keep the right to end a stay that puts the house, the neighbours or our staff at risk. Egyptian law governs the booking.
If plans change
While you are on the payment page we hold your nights for a short window — thirty minutes by default. If the payment is not completed in that time the hold is released and the nights go back on the calendar, with nothing charged and nothing owed. Once the stay is paid for, cancel more than 7 days before check-in and you are refunded in full, no questions. Inside 7 days the stay is non-refundable, but we will move your dates once within the year if the house is free.
If we ever cancel on you — a fault in the house, something outside our control — you get everything back, and we will find you another house first.
House rules
No parties or events without asking us first — these are homes on real streets with real neighbours. Smoking outdoors only. Pets by arrangement. Extra guests need to be named before they sleep over.
Check-in and check-out times sit on each house page. Something broken or missing? Tell us while you are still there — that is far easier for everyone than finding it after you go.
FAQs
How do I book?
Open the house you want, choose your dates, and book them here. Availability is live, so your nights are held the moment you go through to payment. You pay on your provider’s own secure page — an Egyptian card or wallet, an international card, or a Fawry reference you settle in cash — and the stay is confirmed the moment that payment clears. If you would rather talk to a person first, message us on WhatsApp.
Is the whole house mine?
Yes. Every listing is a whole floor or a whole house — never a shared room, never another party in the building on your dates.
Who meets me at the door?
A host who knows the house. They open it, walk you through it, hand over keys and numbers, and stay reachable for the length of your stay.
What is already in the house?
Linen, towels, a stocked kitchen, wifi, and the things people forget: chargers, a hairdryer, a first-aid kit, coffee for the morning you arrive.
Can you arrange a driver, a cook, a cot?
Yes. Ask when you book, or during the stay. Drivers, cooks, cleaners, cots and beach kit are all arranged through your host.
Do you take payment in Egyptian pounds?
Prices are published in US dollars. Pay with an international card and that is exactly what you are charged. Pay by Egyptian card, wallet or Fawry and we convert to Egyptian pounds at the rate we are holding that day — the amount in pounds is shown to you before you pay, and that is the rate recorded on your receipt. The full amount is due to confirm the stay; there is no instalment plan.
How long can I stay?
Each house lists a minimum stay. There is no maximum; long stays are quoted monthly and cost less per night.
Something is wrong during my stay. Then what?
Message your host. Most things are fixed inside the hour; anything bigger, we move you to another house.
